About TECO

TECO Construct General Trading & Contracting Company (TECO) was established in 1979 to meet the demand for professional contracting in the State of Kuwait.

TECO provides a wide range of construction and construction-related services for projects of varying scale, scope and reach.

Key to our success is the building of long-lasting business relationships that have developed into strategic alliances. These partnerships include clients, international design agencies, specialised sub-contractors, and peer contracting companies.

From launch in 1979, TECO has established its grounds in the building-contracting field in Kuwait. The projects we have implemented to date have set the benchmarks that distinguish TECO’s accomplishments.

These achievements are the result of the combined skills of our management and work force. Consistency, integrity and commitment characterise TECO’s performance.

TECO is a pioneer in the construction of a variety of prestigious building projects. Our growth is founded on landmarks spread across the townships of Kuwait, and on trusted alliances with international corporations and technical specialists.

As an integral part of its contracting services, TECO provides qualified monitoring of the design for constructability, time and cost analysis — with major advantages for decision-makers.

We aim to go beyond our clients’ expectations by reliably creating and delivering highly effective and cost-efficient solutions for the most challenging and complex construction projects.

Our flexible approach can be finely tailored to match the client’s specific needs. This allows us to provide a service that is both highly personalised and professional.

Our commitment to our core values has earned us the recognition of our clients and our peers. We are proud to be active in both the private and public sectors.

TECO meets the needs of a remarkable variety of clients and project types — from individuals and real-estate owners to consultancy firms, international construction companies, and the Kuwaiti Government.

Our portfolio spans office buildings, residential towers, private villas, commercial facilities, warehouses, landscaping, agricultural developments, and non-profit facilities.

In the public sector we engage with the Central Tenders Committee (CTC). TECO is registered with the CTC as a Grade A contractor for civil works, with the privilege to bid for diversified government projects.

Our success lies in the commitment, passion, and integrity of our construction professionals, and in the breadth of our skills.

We share a vision to enhance, enrich and sustain both the built and the natural environment.

Commercial work often happens in difficult urban settings. Residential work is driven by time, cost, and the quality of workmanship. In both, our site supervisors remain the trusted liaison between client, architect, and the project team.
